Do you know how your kidneys are doing, or whether diabetes or high blood pressure is putting them at risk?
This program is open to anyone in our service area. There is no income or insurance requirement.
Call us or send the form. An agent will confirm whether you qualify and book your first appointment.
Chronic kidney disease means the kidneys have been damaged and no longer filter the blood as well as they should. It develops slowly, over years, and in the early stages it gives no warning at all — no pain, nothing you would notice.
The two most common causes are diabetes and high blood pressure: the same two things we measure free at every event we hold. That is why these programs belong together. Keeping your sugar and your pressure under control is the main thing that protects your kidneys.
Kidney disease is found with a blood test and a urine test. If you live with diabetes or high blood pressure and nobody has ever checked your kidneys, tell us — we will explain which tests to ask for and refer you for them.
Tell us what you need and one of our agents will call you back. There is no cost and you do not need insurance.
