Health education classes and supportive sessions on chronic conditions — diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease and cancer — as well as communicable diseases. The aim is to leave you with the knowledge and the support to navigate your own health.

Starting in August, Octavia Health will provide monthly health education for seniors at St James Residence.
Breast cancer education reaches rural Palm Beach County
Octavia Health is taking breast cancer education out to rural areas of Palm Beach County to help reduce mortality from the disease.
