These terms cover the use of this website. By using it, you accept them. They are short on purpose, because a page nobody reads protects nobody.

What this site is

An information site for Octavia Health Inc, a nonprofit organization. It describes our free programs and services, announces our events, and lets you ask us to contact you.

It is not a medical practice and it is not a patient portal. Please read our medical disclaimer — that one matters more than this page.

Our services are free

We do not charge for our services and we do not ask for payment through this website. If anyone ever asks you to pay Octavia Health for a screening, a class or an appointment, it is not us. Call us at +1 (561) 729-4870 and tell us.

The only money this site handles is a voluntary donation, through a PayPal button. Donating is not a condition for receiving any service, and it never gives priority.

What you send us

When you fill in a form, tell us the truth as far as you know it: what we do next depends on it. Do not send us information about another person unless they have agreed.

Do not use the forms to send advertising, threats, or anything unlawful.

What we do with what you send

It is explained in the privacy policy: where it goes, who can read it, and how long we keep it.

Links to other organizations

We link to clinics, partners and resources that may help you. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s site: we do not control it, we are not responsible for what it says or does, and its privacy practices are its own.

Referring you to a provider means telling you where care exists. It is not a guarantee of the care you will receive there.

The content of this site

The texts, the design and the logo of Octavia Health belong to Octavia Health Inc. The educational materials may be printed and shared to help someone, keeping them whole and with the credit on them. What may not be done is to present them as your own, sell them, or use our name or logo to suggest we support something we do not.

What we cannot promise

We keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors, or that it will be up at every moment, or that a program will still be open when you call.

To the extent the law allows, Octavia Health Inc is not liable for damages arising from the use of this site. This does not limit anything the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last revision is at the top of the page.
