This program is open to anyone in our service area. There is no income or insurance requirement.

What is HIV?
HIV, the human immunodeficiency virus, attacks the immune system and makes it hard for the body to fight off infections. It spreads through certain body fluids, such as blood and sexual fluids.
With modern treatment, people living with HIV can live long, healthy lives — and someone on effective treatment cannot pass the virus to a sexual partner. Prevention also works: PrEP is medication taken before exposure, and PEP is taken within 72 hours after a possible exposure. We can refer you for both at no cost.
